Built on the trail.
Backed by the people
who built it.
Cascadia Overland Co. started on real roads, in real conditions — not in a boardroom. Every camper we design, build, and deliver carries that history.
Our story
Started on the trail,
not in a boardroom.
"A YouTube channel became a business — because we couldn't find what we were looking for."
What began as documenting real overland travel across the Pacific Northwest quickly turned into hands-on experience — miles logged, gear tested, and systems pushed in real conditions. We purchased and ran our own camper. Used it, modified it, and lived with it.
That exposure revealed a clear gap: solid campers existed, but the combination of value, quality, and reliable US-based support was hard to find. That gap became Cascadia Overland Co.
What we do
Campers, gear, and full vehicle builds — all in-house.
We source, design, build, and support overland equipment for people who actually use their rigs. Everything we offer is selected and tested for wet climates, rough terrain, and long-term durability.
Truck campers
Three purpose-built platforms — Frontier, Summit, and Apex — ranging from ultralight wedge campers to full slide-ins with kitchen, heat, water, and 600W solar.
Vehicle fabrication
Suspension, lift kits, complete builds, electrical systems, water systems, armor, and custom frame work. Full builds to one-off problem solving — all done in-house.
Direct support
If something breaks, you deal with us — the same people who built or installed it. No outsourcing, no runaround. Clear warranty, long-term support, one phone number.
Why we do it
Built for the people in our own rigs.
This isn't abstract for us. Our own kids have grown up camping in these builds — which is exactly why durability, safety, and comfort aren't optional.
How we build
Engineered here.
Validated in-house.
Every camper begins in our manufacturing facility in China, where all major assemblies are completed. From there, each unit moves through our Monroe, WA facility for finishing and quality process before it leaves our doors.
-
01
Design & engineering
Specs are driven by PNW conditions — wet climates, rough roads, temperature swings. We control the design, not off-the-shelf catalogs.
-
02
CNC aluminum fabrication
Welded monocoque structures, CNC precision forming, automotive-grade powder coating. We enforce our standards at the factory level with on-site oversight.
-
03
In-house final build
Structural inspection, electrical installation, weather sealing, water testing, torque verification, and any customer-specific customizations.
-
04
Signed off & delivered
Every camper is personally reviewed and signed off by the team that built it — the same team who backs it with the warranty.
Our commitment
No shortcuts.
No blind imports.
No guesswork.
We build rigs intended to be used hard and supported properly. That's not marketing — it's how we approach every build and every customer interaction.
- All assembly and installs handled in-house — no outsourcing
- Issues caught before delivery, not after — water tested, torque verified
- Direct US-based warranty support — you talk to the people who built it
- Designed for PNW conditions: wet, rough, and long-term off-grid use
- Field-serviceable systems — built to be repaired, not replaced
