Shipping policy
Yes — we can ship your camper to any location in the contiguous United States. Whether you're in Florida, Texas, Maine, or anywhere in between, we'll arrange professional freight delivery right to your door or a designated business/off-road shop of your choice for installation.
Shipping rates and options
When you select shipping at checkout, your freight cost is automatically calculated and displayed based on your zip code and camper model. Shipping costs can vary based on delivery address. If you choose shipping at checkout, we'll contact you to verify everything around the process.
Frontier and Summit
Deliverable to a residential or commercial address, but a forklift or manpower is required to remove it from the delivery truck — lift-gate service cannot be used. This applies to both shipping options below.
Disassembled (Free)
Ships direct from our manufacturing facility in China in two crates — one for the pop-up structure, one for the canopy panels and accessories. Drop-shipping straight from the factory is how we're able to offer this option free. Assembly is simple but does require a forklift, gantry crane, or 4–5+ people to lift the pop-up tent portion onto the canopy.
Fully assembled (Additional cost)
We fully assemble your camper at our headquarters in Monroe, WA, strap it to a pallet, and ship it to you ready to mount — no on-site assembly required. The price for this option is calculated automatically based on your zip code and displayed at checkout.
Apex
Fully welded and shipped in one large crate encompassing the entire camper, typically 150" L x 80" W x 60" H. Must be unloaded with a large forklift with 6ft+ forks.
Unlike the Frontier and Summit, the Apex cannot be drop-shipped directly from our factory. Every unit is completed and crated at our Monroe, WA headquarters to allow for battery and electronic installation, finalization of certain components, quality control, and testing before it ships.
