Shipping Rates / Options
When you select shipping at checkout, your freight cost will be automatically calculated and displayed based on your zip code and camper model. Shipping costs can vary based on delivery address. If you choose shipping at checkout, we'll contact you to verify everything around the process.
Campers ship disassembled in two crates: one crate for the pop-up structure, and one crate for the canopy panels and any accessories. It can be delivered to a residential address with a lift-gate. Assembly is simple but does require a canopy hoist or 3–4+ people to help lift the pop-up portion onto the canopy.
The Apex Camper can only be shipped to a residential address if you have a way to unload it yourself — such as a forklift. It cannot be unloaded with a lift-gate. It's fully welded and comes in a large crate that encompasses the entire camper. Even in this case, we typically ship them on a hotshot so that you can lift it off the trailer from the side, since the crate is typically 150" L x 80" W x 60" H. Please contact us if you have questions around shipping an Apex.
Alternatively, campers can be shipped to a freight hub and you can unload/install, or we can ship to an off-road shop of your choice.
We insure every shipment, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during do-it-yourself installation.
