By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees, which will be added at checkout.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed on our site.
  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products. Refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Custom Orders & Production

Our truck campers are built to order. Production begins upon receipt of payment/deposit. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supply chain or customization.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the contiguous United States. All campers undergo inspection and final preparation at our Monroe, WA facility before shipment. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom-built nature of our products, all sales are final. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Cascadia Overland Co. or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cascadia Overland Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cascadia Overland Co. harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
