At Cascadia Overland Co., we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our truck campers. Every model is designed in the US, manufactured through trusted specialized partners, and thoroughly inspected at our US facility prior to delivery.
Rather than offering returns, we stand firmly behind our products with a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the original date of installation or shipment.
What's Covered
24-Month Limited Warranty
Cascadia Overland Co. warrants all campers and accessories against defects in materials or workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase or delivery. Coverage includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty workmanship
- Component or hardware failures
- Issues related to fit or assembly
- Defects that impact safety, performance, or reliability
Remedy
How we make it right
If a covered issue occurs, Cascadia Overland Co., at its discretion, will repair or replace the affected part or component. Repairs and replacement parts will be supplied from our inventory whenever available. For certain components there may be a lead time if we do not have the component in stock.
What's Not Covered
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, abuse, or improper handling
- Failure to follow recommended installation, use, or maintenance guidelines
- Damage caused by environmental exposure beyond intended use
- Aftermarket modifications or alterations that affect the original design or structure
