Getting your camper
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Here is what to know about pickup, freight options, and what to expect on delivery day.
Free professional install in Monroe, WA. If you can make the trip, pick the camper up at our headquarters. Our team mounts it on your truck, confirms the fit, checks every seal and fastener, and walks you through the whole camper before you leave. No charge.
Plenty of customers turn pickup into a trip. The Cascades and the Olympic Peninsula are both close enough to make a weekend out of it on the way home.
Shipping rates and options
Select shipping at checkout and your freight cost calculates automatically from your ZIP code and camper model. Costs vary by delivery address. Once you order with shipping selected, we contact you to verify the details before anything moves.
Frontier & Summit
Deliverable to a residential or commercial address, but a forklift or manpower is required to get it off the delivery truck. Lift-gate service cannot be used. This applies to both options below.
Disassembled Free
Ships direct from our facility in China in two crates, one for the pop-up structure and one for the canopy panels and accessories. Drop-shipping straight from the factory is how we can offer this free. Assembly is straightforward but needs a forklift, gantry crane, or four to five people to lift the pop-up onto the canopy.
Cannot ship disassembled
- MaxxFan. We pre-cut the 14 inch opening at no charge, but you supply the fan. Damage risk in transit is too high.
- Kingpin F-Series lighting
- OVS HD Nomadic 270 awning, and any other awning option
- OVS HD Nomadic shower room, and any other shower room option
Included, but you install it
- Exterior gear panels ship with your order. Installation is on you, including drilling the side hatch panels and setting your own rivnuts and bolts.

Fully assembled Additional cost
We assemble your camper at our Monroe headquarters, strap it to a pallet, and ship it ready to mount. No on-site assembly. Price calculates automatically from your ZIP code at checkout.
Apex
Fully welded and shipped in one large crate holding the entire camper, typically 150 inches long by 80 wide by 60 tall. Unloading requires a large forklift with 6 foot or longer forks. If you do not own one, rent one for the day, or have us deliver to a business or facility near you that has one.

We complete and crate the camper here so we can install the battery and electronics, finish certain components, and run quality control and testing before it goes out. This is how we prefer to ship an Apex, and it is what we recommend. Freight cost calculates automatically from your ZIP code at checkout.
Direct from the factory Free
The Apex can drop-ship from our factory at no freight cost, but it is not what we recommend. It cannot ship with a battery, and it skips the final assembly, quality control, and testing we do in Monroe. If you choose this route, talk to us first so we can go over what you will need to finish on your end.
