How your camper gets built

The aluminum structure and pop-up tent metal are bent, formed, welded, and powder coated to your bed dimensions by our manufacturing partner overseas. That structure arrives at our Monroe shop as parts, not as a finished camper.

Everything after that happens here. We assemble the structure with nuts, bolts, and rivets, weatherstrip and seal it, and install all hardware and accessories: fans, solar, lighting, latches, and the rest.

Assembled in Monroe from sourced materials is how we keep the price where it is without giving up build quality. It is also common in this industry, and we would rather tell you plainly than leave it vague.

Where the time goes

Phase Frontier & Summit Apex
Structure fabrication 45 to 60 days Aluminum structure and tent metal formed, welded, and powder coated to your bed dimensions after your spec form is signed about 3 months Longer because of the welded hard-side shell
Ocean freight 30 to 45 days 30 to 45 days
Customs & processing Variable. Included in the range above as buffer rather than quoted separately.
Assembly & outfitting At our Monroe, WA shop. Full assembly, weatherstripping and sealing, and installation of all hardware, fans, solar, and accessories.
Best case 15 to 17 weeks 20 weeks
Worst case Up to 20 weeks 24 weeks or more
Why the range

Ocean freight is the biggest variable. Port congestion, weather, and customs inspections all add time and none of it is under our control. If everything runs clean, expect the low end. We build in a buffer for the rest because we would rather under-promise than call you with bad news.

Your build journey

  1. 1

    Order placed

We confirm your vehicle and specification, then schedule production. Your lead time starts when the spec form is signed, so returning it quickly matters. See the full after-order process.

  2. 2

    Structure fabrication

The aluminum structure and tent metal are cut, formed, welded, and powder coated to your bed dimensions by our manufacturing partner overseas. 45 to 60 days for the Frontier and Summit, about 3 months for the Apex.

  3. 3

    Ocean freight and import

30 to 45 days across the Pacific, plus customs clearance. This is the stage that moves the estimate.

  4. 4

    Assembly, outfitting, and installation

At our Monroe shop we assemble the structure, weatherstrip and seal it, and install every piece of hardware and every accessory: fans, solar, lighting, latches, and the rest. Then quality control, and installation on your truck or crating for freight. See shipping and delivery.

Please note

These are typical estimates based on current production and logistics schedules. Supply chain, customs clearance, or shipping conditions can move your actual timeline. We keep you updated the whole way through, and you can reach us at any point.
