Shipping & delivery

Getting your camper

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Here is how pickup and freight work for each camper, and what to expect on delivery day.

Recommended

Free professional install in Monroe, WA. If you can make the trip, pick the camper up at our headquarters. We fully assemble the camper here, mount it on your truck, confirm the fit, check every seal and fastener, and walk you through the whole thing before you leave. No charge.

Plenty of customers turn pickup into a trip. The Cascades and the Olympic Peninsula are both close enough to make a weekend out of it on the way home.

Frontier & Summit

Two ways to get it

Choose your delivery option on the product page. Same camper either way. The difference is who puts it together and puts it on your truck.

Disassembled Shipment

Free shipping

$1,000 less than Installed in Monroe WA

Ships direct from our facility in China in two crates, one for the pop-up structure and one for the canopy panels and accessories. Drop-shipping straight from the factory is how we can offer free freight and a lower price.

You assemble and mount it yourself. It is straightforward, but lifting the pop-up onto the canopy takes a forklift, gantry crane, or four to five people.

Cannot ship disassembled
  • MaxxFan. We pre-cut the 14 inch opening at no charge, but you supply and install the fan. Damage risk in transit is too high.
Included, but you install it
  • Exterior gear panels ship with your order. Installation is on you, including drilling the side hatch panels and setting your own rivnuts and bolts.
Delivery day

Crates deliver to a residential or commercial address, but a forklift or manpower is required to get them off the truck. Lift-gate service cannot be used.

Apex

One crate, fully welded

The whole camper ships in one large crate, typically 150 inches long by 80 wide by 60 tall. Select shipping at checkout and freight calculates automatically from your ZIP code. Once you order, we contact you to verify the details before anything moves.

Apex camper crated for freight shipping

From our Monroe headquarters

Recommended

We complete and crate the camper here so we can install the battery and electronics, finish certain components, and run quality control and testing before it goes out. This is how we prefer to ship an Apex. Freight cost calculates at checkout.

Direct from the factory

Free shipping

The Apex can drop-ship from our factory at no freight cost, but we do not recommend it. It cannot ship with a battery, and it skips the final assembly, quality control, and testing we do in Monroe. Talk to us first so we can go over what you will need to finish on your end.

Delivery day

Unloading requires a large forklift with 6 foot or longer forks. If you do not own one, rent one for the day, or have us deliver to a business or facility near you that has one.

Damaged crate on delivery

Inspect every crate before the driver leaves. If you see damage, refuse the delivery, write the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos of the crate from every side, and contact us right away. Do not sign for a damaged crate as received in good condition.

Insurance

Every shipment is insured. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during do-it-yourself installation.
