All Cascadia Overland campers include a durable powdercoat finish. We want to be 100% transparent and clear about what to expect from our product quality, so we've outlined our finish options and warranty coverage below.


Included

Standard Black

Applied at our factory in China as part of manufacturing. 95%+ of campers arrive with zero cosmetic blemishing — but minor cosmetic characteristics are always possible.


US-Applied

Premium Black

Powdercoated locally in the US after your camper arrives — a flawless, showroom-quality black finish with full quality control.


US-Applied

Custom Color

Powdercoated locally in the US in the color of your choice. We'll reach out after your order to confirm color and finish before work begins.

Why we're sharing this: Because Standard Black is finished overseas and travels a long distance before reaching you, minor cosmetic characteristics are occasionally possible. In practice, over 95% of our campers arrive with no blemishing at all — but we'd rather be upfront about the small chance than surprise you later.

Please note: Normal cosmetic characteristics don't affect the performance or protection of the coating. If chipping, denting, peeling, or coating failure does occur, we will have the affected panel(s) re-coated or replaced as necessary. Premium Black and Custom Color orders are completed locally after your camper arrives and will add to your total lead time.
