Refund Policy

Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations, refunds, and order changes work — and what happens once your build enters production.

At Cascadia Overland Co., we design and build products intended for real-world use — on-road and off-grid. Many of our products, especially campers, are custom-built and allocated to a specific vehicle and customer. For that reason, returns and cancellations are governed by the production milestone outlined below.

Camper Orders

Refund Policy

Camper orders are fully refundable up until the Vehicle & Order Specification Form is completed and signed.

The Vehicle & Order Specification Form confirms the customer's vehicle details, final configuration, and all technical and contractual terms required to release the camper into production. No manufacturing, materials allocation, or production scheduling occurs until this form is signed.

Once the Vehicle & Order Specification Form is signed, production is considered officially started. At that point:

  • The order becomes final and non-refundable
  • Any deposits or payments made become non-refundable
  • Cancellations are no longer possible

This applies to all camper models, configurations, and payment types (deposit or paid in full).

Other Products

Bumpers, armor & accessories

For non-camper items such as:

  • Bumpers and armor
  • Accessories and add-ons
  • Custom or made-to-order components

Orders become final and non-refundable once they enter production, fabrication, or are allocated to a specific build or shipment.

Customer Acknowledgement

What signing the spec form means

By signing and submitting the Vehicle & Order Specification Form, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The camper is released into production
  • Materials and fabrication capacity are committed
  • The order is custom and built specifically for their vehicle
  • All payments become non-refundable at that point
Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, vehicle fitment, and configuration options carefully, and to contact our team with any questions before signing the Vehicle & Order Specification Form, to ensure proper compatibility and expectations.

Payment, Pickup & Installation

When applicable

For products that require scheduling, installation, or pickup:

  • Any remaining balance is due in full prior to scheduling pickup or installation
  • Products will not be released, installed, or transferred until payment has been received and cleared
  • Customers will be notified when their product is ready
Storage fees: If pickup or installation is not completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification, storage fees may apply. Storage fees must be paid in full prior to release. Failure to take delivery within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation at Cascadia Overland Co.'s discretion, with any deposits or payments forfeited.

In Lieu of Returns

Warranty coverage

Rather than offering returns after the cancellation window, Cascadia Overland Co. stands behind its products with a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the original date of purchase or delivery.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty workmanship
  • Component or hardware failures
  • Fitment or assembly issues
  • Defects impacting safety, performance, or reliability

Remedy

At our discretion, we will repair or replace the affected part or component. Replacement parts are supplied from our US-based inventory whenever available.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or misuse
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Environmental damage beyond intended use
  • Aftermarket or unauthorized modifications

Cosmetic issues that do not affect safety, structural integrity, or performance are generally not covered.
