At Cascadia Overland Co., we build our campers to go the distance—on pavement or far from it. Every unit is designed and tested for real-world overlanding, and we stand behind that quality.

Due to the custom-built nature of our aluminum truck campers, all sales are final. Deposits are 100% refundable up to 7 days after purchase, after that once an order is confirmed and production begins the deposit is only 50% refundable. For example if you deposit is $4,000, you will be refunded $4000 up to 7 days, after which the refund amount would be $2000.

We encourage thorough research and questions before purchase—our team is here to help ensure the perfect fit for your rig.

Warranty Coverage

Rather than offering returns, we stand firmly behind our products with a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the original date of purchase or delivery.

At Cascadia Overland Co., we stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our truck campers. Every model is designed in the US, manufactured through trusted specialized partners, and thoroughly inspected at our US facility prior to delivery.

If an issue arises, you will work directly with our US-based support team—no overseas runaround. That is our commitment.

What’s Covered

24-Month Limited Warranty

Cascadia Overland Co. warrants all campers and accessories against defects in materials or workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase or delivery. Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty workmanship

  • Component or hardware failures

  • Issues related to fit or assembly

  • Defects that impact safety, performance, or reliability

Remedy

If a covered issue occurs, Cascadia Overland Co., at its discretion, will repair or replace the affected part or component. Repairs and replacement parts will be supplied from our US-based inventory whenever available.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, abuse, or improper handling

  • Failure to follow recommended installation, use, or maintenance guidelines

  • Damage caused by environmental exposure beyond intended use

  • Aftermarket modifications or alterations that affect the original design or structure

Unauthorized modifications or changes may void all or part of the warranty coverage.

We rely on fair and reasonable assessment for claims, and we ask our customers to do the same. Purely cosmetic issues that don't compromise safety, performance, or structural strength are generally not included under warranty.
