Horizon 270° Awning

Deploy in under a minute and get about 98″ (2.5 m) of shade wrapped around the side and back of your rig. In calm air it's freestanding and hangs off its brackets with no legs. When the wind picks up, drop the four telescoping legs and stake it out. Rivet-free pivoting rafter arms keep the canopy taut.

For the Frontier and Summit (the Apex Pro comes with its own awning).

The canopy is 600D ripstop Oxford with a PU4000+ waterproof coating, and a pop-up stake at the low point forces water off the fabric instead of letting it pool. A 75 lb rope ratchet cinches the awning tight to the camper when you are set up for the night.

Use it freestanding only in calm air or a light breeze. As the wind approaches about 12 mph, put the support legs down and stake it out with the guy ropes. As it approaches about 19 mph, or in gusts, roll it up right away.

Three 5 ft LED strips are built into the arms, so there is no clip-on light bar to lose. A quick attach/detach 5V USB controller switches between warm white, natural white and cool white, with a dimmer built into the same puck. Warm and low for dinner, bright and cold when you are working on the truck.

It mounts on three heavy-duty steel brackets. When you are done, three Velcro straps tuck the canopy away and a 1000g PVC travel cover with heavy duty large zippers keeps it clean down the highway. Add the optional Awning Annex to close it in.

Mounts on the driver or passenger side. Choose your side when you order.
